Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 through her appointment in 2019, she was artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company. As SSC's Artistic Directors, Ash-Morgan was also in the roles as producer costumes/set designers, composers/music directors and text coaches. While she was usually the leader of the acting ensemble at the end of her time, she made her first appearance as an actor (and lighting designer) with SSC's King Lear. Markie Post was associated with several games shows, and has also had a acting profession. Their two daughters and sisters were raised by her scientist father Richard F. Post, and poet Marylee Post in Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her school of choice. She participated as a cheerleader. She did a brief stint at Pomona College. Post married Stephen Knox in the past. Michael A. Ross is her husband since 1982. They have two daughters. She is a wonderful actress as well as a perfect wife and mother. Post is an inspiration for many within Hollywood.
